Hello all -

I'm trying to sort out the plumbing arrangment from the master cylinder to
the clutch slave cylinder on my bugeye. I have a dual master cylinder and a
1275 (1") slave.

Will the male flex hose fitting work with the 3/16" diameter pipe female
fitting? Has anyone just hard piped directly to the slave using an adapter
fitting? I don't want to buy a flex hose until I have some indication as to
what setup will work.

Also, the repair kit I got for the 1275 slave had 3 components, the dust
cover, piston "donut" seal, and another 1" dia disc seal. I don't remember
seeing the disc seal when I diassembled the slave 2 months ago (oops), and
every catalog & manual I have doesn't show much detail. It looks like it
might go on the back of the piston and the spring fits against it. Can
someone tell me if this is used and where it goes? TIA,
