I took a look at this on E-Bay. From the photos posted, it's a Mk. 3 
Midget/Mk. 4 Sprite top - for 1967 on. The earlier top for the Mk. 2 
Midget/Mk. 3 Sprite (1964-66) has a small cutout on the bottom of each corner 
where the top is over the B-post and the bottom back edge is different. Both 
tops extend back about the same distance despite despite the fact that the 
cockpit opening is about 4 inches farther forward in the earlier cars.
