You can use a 1275 rib case on a 1098, 948, or even a 1275!  Clutch has
no bearing on it, but there are three diferent throwout bearings.  Use
the correct one for the engine. IE: 1275 TO on 1275, 948 TO on 948.  A
1275 can be used on a 1098 in a pinch.
