If you have proof of ownership, ie. title or
registration, Todd, at Clarke Spares &
Restoration(215) 348-4168, will stamp a new plate. You
also have to send him a plate which can be purchased
from various vendors. I got my plate from Winner's
Circle near Cleveland OH.
