It did really exist and is my 1966 Observers book of cars. Triumph 1147
engine, all other details as per previous listers info.
More recently I think it was Reliant or some other low volume manufacturer
produced an amphibious car. It was not a great sucess and I have not heard
of it for about a year now.
Also heard talk of the WW2 DKW being re-manufactured and even saw an original
at a classic car show last year.
