Not just for our Northerly friends either.  They give DUI tickets on the
lakes here in Kalifornia also.  I heard on the radio this morning that
they've also started handing out DUIs to those who drink Kava tea!  Better
not tell a cop about St. John's Wort or Echinacea if you just took some!
