The area in Lancashire that I hail from was never short of this particular
manna from heaven, so, I am embarrassed to admit that I never did learn the
proper spell for this particular need. I did however, learn how to make
the 'sunshine spell' which explains the current heat wave and lack of
rain. What can I say? As an infant witch I learned those spells most
needed in my environment, no-one suggested that I might actually need to
make rain. Perhaps my sisters in witchcraft will find pity in their
hearts, and help me with my elementary spells.
