I had a VP7 in my green bugeye. It had a lumpy idle at 1000 rpms.
I was running a Weber 45 DCOE. I have the same carb on the yellow bugeye
but with a Kent 266. I like the Kent much better for around town
motoring.
Smooth idle at 650 (as per the book) Better then stock but not as
radical as the VP7.
