Rich.

There is a guy who lives two blocks from me who restores and repairs
vintage British cars. He mostly does Triumphs, Big Healeys, Jags and
whatever else is rare and expensive. He is a total mercenary and not really
and enthusiast. He repatriates about 3 cars a year to Western Europe at
about $30 apiece. A few years ago, he had a totally dismantled Model J in
his garage for sale. Needed a total restore. I think he wanted around $6k-
8K for it at the time. The last couple years there has been a really nice
green Model J at Palo Alto too.
