Recreational Equipment Inc. --A coop that sells outdoor equipment--really
good quality stuff. I am a climber and backcountry specialist and have
bought a lot of stuff from REI. Their warranty is unstoppable. I once
bought 35 packs for my program, used them for a year and many of them began
losing their straps. Called REI--they said send them back and we will replace
them which they did. Used the replacements for another year--same thing--they
replaced THOSE with a better and different brand pack.
Their technical equipment is 2nd to none, in my opinion.
