Hi Bill,

Make sure that the plug you are using for the reverse spring and plunger is
the short one and that you don't have an extra, spring/plug/ball in the
hole!  The one beside it on the case bottom should have the long projection
to the plug.  To keep these from leaking oil, the little washer gasket is
quyite ineffective, put a small amount of ultra blue silicone on the
threads and under the head.  Wait until you have the plunger lock sorted
out.

I can scan a detail of these plugs etc. if you want it.

I also just found out that removing the reverse spring and plunger frees
up the reverse rod and fork.
