I'm looking for an old key that will fit an original '62 Sprite boot
latch/lock. Rather then starting with a new blank key, my lock smith
says he prefers to start with an old key... I'm not sure why but he did
say something about old keys being easier on old locks and he is doing
the work... for free I might add. And just in case this old fart dies
before I can come up with a used key, Where can I get a new blank key?
When I got the car from the PO and ask them for the key they said they
never had one and neither did the PO before them. I sure hate to brake
an existing tradition that goes back some 15 years but the kids around
here are allot smarter and I aint no fool... well not much of one
anyway.
