Eddie -

Check for wear in the clevis pins and the eyes in the pedal arm.  The
connection between the pedal and the master cylinder pushrod is a hole
in the pedal arm and a clevis pin that fits through that hole.  Both the
pin and the hole in the pedal arm tend to wear, and it doesn't take a
lot of wear to make the pedal travel too short to disengage the clutch.

Fix for pin wear: Replace it
Fix for pedal arm wear: Weld up the hole and redrill it.
