Sounds like you have an RB Midget springs
You must have ordered them from M*** or V*** :-)
They seem to like to send whatever they have regardless
of what you order. (Sorry Kelvin!)

Hi all, Maybe you can help with a question about the front springs on my
MG. I received my new ones and they appear to be about an inch longer than the
old ones. I tried installing them and they do not seem to fit well. The front
end seems to be "sprung" upwards and very tight. Anyone else encounter this?
Old Spring= 9.5 inches. New Spring=10.5 inches (green stripe on spring)
 TIA
