Drive dog- was first start

I.ve tried everyting else, so I have decided to rotate the drive dog 1
tooth. Seem to be having difficulty in removing it though. I use my
normal bolt screwed into the end, I can wiggle it, but can't seem to
pull it out.Any secrets to doing it?
