The BEST stuff is called gaffer's tape and it's made by Permacel. It is used
in TV and movie production, much the way we use duct tape. (For everything!)
It is rediculously expensive, to the tune of more than $20 for a 2" X 60yd.
roll, but it holds better, and it comes off cleanly. It is available in many
colors because production companies use it to tape cables to carpets on a set
and they have to be fairly invisible.
