Gerard -

Thanks for input re 3.7 diff and 5-speed. I have been doing a little research
too, and came across a nice little Excel spreadsheet at the Midget & Sprite
Club website for using various diff ratios, gearbox ratio & tire (or tyre)
sizes. I have modified the spreadsheet to reflect some different rearend set
ups with ribcases & with 5speeds and with different tire & wheel sizes.

How does 148 mph at 6,500rpm sound in a Bugeye sound? - besides scary that
is. Low profile tires look cool but taller tires make for speed.

Spreadsheet is attached (hope to goes thru) so others can play the what if
game.
