putting a plastic bag over the backs to make pulling the cover over the foam
easier. >

My original seats had plastic "bags" covering the back foam.  When I
dismantled my seats, I did notice that the seat bottom cover had to be
pulled from the foam.  May have been glued.  Makes some sense since the seat
bottoms are subject to a fair amount of rear end shifting and the glue will
help the foam and cover act as one instead of wearing against each other.

As I, too will be rebuilding my seats, I am interested in where the list
recommends purchasing covers.  The usual sources? VP or Mo$$?
