Go for it Martin! If the floors are good and other critical areas are
rot-free it sounds like a decent deal. The tub alone should be worth $300,
but with a few hard-to-find extras (side curtains, original wheels, etc.) so
much the better. We need to keep these LBC's alive. 

I'm going through the SO issue as well. Trying to sell the idea of another
Sprite (this one running and mostly finished though).
