ya'll know i sustained a bit of body damage on my van backing into amy's
back yard. so i figured i'd fix the damage and paint the whole
fender....then the door looked a bit shabby . ok so i got it pretty much
straightened out and primed and was planning on doing the mother nature
spray booth routine. about 80% through masking it off it starts to rain!
joy-o-joy! so get i this great idea to put it in my garage! larry, kevin
you guys faint or fall of yer 'puter chair on that one? yup i got !/2 of
the "lust bus" (the name is a real joke so no one take offense please?)
stuffed into the shop! now i'm sitting idle waiting for the paint to be
delivered........oh boy! acrylic enamel on a rainy day.......i can not wait
to see the "flat" gm "neutral" (real name of the color) on the van!
yesterday i had to reshoot a chevy suburban tail gate wich was like painting
a piece of realestate! the tail gate should come with a deed! it would
make a garage roof for a formula car!

:) btw, the "lust bus" just rolled over 310,000 on it's spedo! i think
i'm, going to keep it, it's been a long test ride....(got it with 117,000).
i'm aiming for 400, 000 miles on it before i decide if i need a new tow
vehicle..... :)
