Really? I would have thought it would have created the Bernouli effect, like
an air foil--the air moving over the naked pate would be forced up and over,
creating a negative pressure situation, that would, in effect tend to lift
the driver from the seated position unless he is securely buckled in. IN the
latter instance the car would be deemed lighter, thus faster.
