Oil cooler advice sought

I'm thinking of installing an oil cooler in my bugeye. Engine is 948,
original replaceable element type oil filter, vertical flow radiator, rear
hinged bonnet. Any advice, suggestions, experiences would be welcome. What
type have you used? where can it be mounted? any other considerations?
