I can't believe the phone call I just got. My lady friend is thinking about
getting a newer car (she just put a used engine in the 96 Probe). Well this
AM she stopped by a dealer that sells them Subaru Forester thingies. They
also have an 80 MGB on the lot. She asked me if I felt like driving a B
around for the weekend, if the dealer would let her take it over night.
Seems she is thinking SERIOUSLY about getting the Forester AND the B. The B
for the Summer and the Forester for winter and bad weather.
I tried to talk her into a Spridget, but she wanted the "room" (and I think
the overdrive had a little to do with it).
