    I'm sure.  The literal definition of Pul'kogi is "fire meat".  It is almost
always beef, although you can get it in Pork.  You are correct in that there are
not many beef cattle in Korea, there is not much space for them.  Most beef is
imported from America or Australia, and it is very expensive.  And there are not
that many dogs there either, but not because they have been consumed.  Dogs are
expensive to keep and there is not much space for them to run around.  BTW, they
do not taste "just like chicken" either.
