i did meet mr. john fitch at the motel we were staying at on sunday morning
just after checking out! and yes! i did shake his hand and ask him for
his autograph!!!!! an incredible gentleman! for those who are asking
who's that? he drove in europe for mercedes and in most evrything you
could imagine. he drove for cunningham . and he was darn good! and the
driver of the saab who i was glued to his tail later in therace was ed
diehl. (got ed's autograph too!) ed was one of the drivers of the corvette
grand sport in the 12 hours of sebring. another very good driver with quite
an impressive past. and a whole lot of fun to hang out with too i might
add!
