Primrose Yellow (YL.03)is ICI 3011 aka "Sunburst Yellow (1958-1960)
Highway Yellow (YL.09) is ICI 3119         5/61-10/62
Pale Primrose (YL.12) ICI 3297(std)          }
Pale Primrose (YL.12) ICI 6974 (redder)    }
Pale Primrose (YL.12) ICI WH13 (darker)    }   All 4 March 64  to October 66
Fiesta Yellow (YL.11 ICI 3484 (Chips green)}

at least that's what my book says. The fact is color control was almost
nonexistant in the early 60's cars coming from England. As I remember pale
Primrose (YL.12 ICI 3297 is right for both Crash's and Frank's Yellow cars.
Unless it is really important to be accurate to some standard which probably
wasn't in existence 40 years ago, choose your color and enjoy it.
