I think the way to fix that hole is put a strip of duct tape on from
underneath,
slather a dollop of Bondo, or if in a pinch, Spackle, over the hole, and
then put the windshield back with a new rubber piece. If you can get the
rubber piece from Moss, or make it yourself from something you buy at ACO,
so much the better.
