Easiest way, at least on Win98, is to click Start>Run. Type
sfc (which stands for system file checker) and select
"Extract one file..." You'll need to then enter the name of the file
in the input box and click Start. You will then have to direct
the program to your Win98 installation files (either the CD-ROM or
where you save them on your hard drive).
