Brad:  For the record, he was in his early 20's when bandstand hit in the  
mid 50's.  For a long time he didn't show his age much, but by now he is at 
least in  his early 70's and beginning to look older too.  Let's  face 
it--people in show business rely on their looks to keep them working and have 
access to  massage, plastic surgery, and more.  Look at Crosby, Hope, 
Sinatra, etc.  Most of them held up very well despite some pretty fast living.
