Most of the orders have been paid and filled (about 70), but I'm still
waiting to hear from about a dozen people who asked for a copy. Books are
beginning to appear in mailboxes this week (see Jon Paschke email).
If you received this as a direct email, I'm still waiting to hear from you.
If you still want a book from Daniel, please get your payments in soon. If
you've already put it in mail, disregard this message. If you want in on
the deal and haven't notified me yet, send me a direct email and I will
send you ordering instructions.
