Try wiring out the 4 ways.
If you connect the green/white green/red, and solid green together you
can bypass the 4 way switch. The 4 ways were added to the harness and
it's easy to just eliminate the whole system. Once you have regular
signals, go back and sort out the 4 ways. It usually the hazard switch
itself. It may work the 4 ways but dirty contacts inside prevent the
regular turn signals from working correctly. Ditch the switch.
Red/white wires are dash lights. The one in the console was for the
cigarette lighter lamp.
