weber dgv vs, SU HIF6

hello,

can anyone who has had experiences with both of these carbs recommend one or 
the other to me for my 1275cc bugeye? i'm looking for easy starting, smooth 
idle and acceleration (for the street), and set it and forget it 
reliability...thanks in advance.
