Dizzy drive 180 off? How many times have I done that? don't ask.
Just try swapping the plug wires for now.
It sounds like you are only a few teeth off, not 180. Move the plug
wires counterclockwise 1 space and see if it will fire up messing with
the timing.
As for the sleeve, it should pull right out. Try a slight pry with a
screwdriver to get it started.
I assume you know how to move the dizzy drive.
