Well, Pixel....yes, I AM curious!

But, as you may recall, I replaced the little
stock 1098 with the Rivergate (Judson
"tailored") 1293; there was really nothing
wrong with the stock 1098.

But, I might not want to save it were it
the "CG" motor. The stronger "CC" is
another story....I can put the blower on
this motor if need be so it's worth
(in time) replacing bearings, oil pump, etc., and keeping as a "spare".

Think we'll do it over this coming winter
when mechanic gets "slow" and has some
spare time on his hands and I can get
involved as well.
