I am in the process of putting the red polyurethane bushings from Moss into
the front
suspension of my 72 Midget. I noticed that the original upper trunion
bushings have
steel cores which present a surface at each end of the bolt. I know that the
hard nylon
bushings as sold by Bill Perry at Rivergate come with washers for use in
those same
positions. Should I be procuring washers to use there with these? Somehow it
just
doesn't seem to feel right without them. What are the rest of you doing?
