Under other circumstances, this would be
considered funny but under these circumstances, it's not.
This has gotta be one of those rare errors,
David, for sure. I can see why the girl at
the other end of the phone was disbelieving, though it sounds like she
could've been a lot more courteous and
empathic. Bet the seller was as upset
as you, or even more so.
Just wait'll the customer expecting the
pants receives a 1500 cylinder head,
instead! And this is when it will get
all straightened out (which it will).
Hopefully, he'll get the same female
dog as you got! Bet they have this
straightened out with 48 hours with
no cost shipping thrown in to boot
(they sure as hell shouldn't charge
either party concerned, in this case).
Sorry this happened to you Dave but
bet they'll have this sorted out as soon
as they get the call from the guy who
got the cylinder head.
