Lucas name fades further into history...

In the news today:
TRW Inc. (NYSE: TRW) today announced that it has completed the sale of its 
Aeronautical Systems business (formerly Lucas Aerospace) to 
Goodrich Corporation (NYSE: GR) for gross proceeds of approximately $1.5
billion
in cash.
