There was a story in Road and Track years ago about a
garage in NYC that was offering oil changes for $18.95
or something similar. After a while the technicians
noticed that they were seeing the same car everyday
for an oil change. It turned out the owner, possibly
blond, was having the oil changed daily because it was
the cheapest parking around.
