Glen-

Same paint they used on WW1 aircraft
and WW2 ailerons, rudders and elevators
that were fabric covered, along with all
fabric covered aircraft pre and post WW2.

The paint in and of itself will not self-ignite
however, once ignited, it's off and running
with no further need of ignition, except in
cases wherein a high speed dive might
blow the fire out (or speed it up!) depending on circumstances. It, in
and
of itself does not attract lightening but
were it to abutt against something which
would conduct lightening........? Hmmm!
