If I recall correctly, which is not really all that
uncommon, Joe at Sierra did it for $70. I sent it
unassembled and got it back really quickly. Nice clean
brass sleeve and the outside looks brand new too.

Really LARGE help, was going to Harbor Freight and
buying a cheap pair of ring clip pliars for dis and
re-assembly. Really cut down on the gouged fingers and
vocabulary development. Now those spirox or whatever
spring type clips are another story.
