Calipers on a Spridget are very easy to rebuild.  Get a rebuild kit for $15.  
If the pistons are rusty, but new pistons.  Next time you are at a car show 
with a flea market (auto jumble), pick up a pair of used calipers for $5 and 
you'll have a spare set.  Make sure you get a right and a left.
