You have a transplant dash from an early MG Midget. Probably as you restore
it you can just ignore the padding and re cover it with vinyl. Perhaps you
would want to fill the holes but I don't think that would be necessary. Do
you have the one with the key in the middle of the light switch knob? All
Bugeyes had that type of system. Later cars had light switches mounted
separately.
