Should be a bolt in deal. I think the motor mounts , etc. are the same, I'd
have to check. Trans bolt pattern is the same. Same front cover and
thermostat housing, so hoses should work. The main difference between a 5.0
and 5.8, dimension wise, is deck height for longer stroke, same bore size. I
don't think you'd have any major problems, be sure you get the right oil pan
(NOT the same).
