oh...yawnnn!
well it's one of two things. guessing these are not just power front to
rear but up down and tilting seats? do any of the functions work ? do the
seats or offending seat make any noises when trying to get it to function?
if no noise and no movement at all, i'd venture to guess there is an
interruption of power between source and seat motors. if the seat makes any
kind of movement at all then (if multiple direction seats) one of the motors
or the worm drives are either burned out(motor) or stripped( worm assy.).
long distance diagnosis is a very hard thing to do. for interrupted power
i'd need to see if power is going to master switch. if going to switch then
check if power is coming out of switch in any of the non operative selected
directions. this diagnoses if it's switch or power interrupted between
switch and fuse box. the seat power assembly is a rather complicated and
very costly device and al lcaution must be taken to diagnose properly before
going that route. hopefully it is the switch (cheapest route). but proper
diagnosis must be done in a logical order tracing power from source to
inoperative component to assertain what is faulty. it is not a cut and dry
diagnosis.

chuck.
yup! been there....broke that!
