Gary,
Whatever you do, DO NOT straighten the front frame rails! They are designed
to have an upward curve to them. This is how the castor angle is
determined. It's normal reaction once this is observed in profile to assume
the frame has sagged, but this curvature is normal.
I've never seen a profile drawing of the frame but I would think the
drawing you refer to would have the correct leasuremnt poits to make sure
you frame is aligned.
