With the new disc set-up in the front, bias
should definitely be toward the front end
with a fairly heavy pedal both for clutch and brake. Since bias is still
strongly to
the rear, I would suspect the front brake
lines might need renewal...just a guess of
course.
See if replacing the front lines doesn't help but I'd replace all those
hoses....
with the SS ones, at that!
Bleed the hell out of 'em and check the
rear clearances as well while you're at
it re: Frank's post on rear drums.
