Anyone want to offer up a ballpark value for a 1970 Impala Custom? The
owner of the 356 kit car I am working on is needing to get rid of it. It
was her mothers car, and mom recently passed. The car has a little over
47,000 original miles on the clock. It has a 250 hp 350 with a 2 bbl.
Rochester. auto, air, interior has one headrest that the seams are
coming undone, other than that, it is great. Gold, with a good gold
vinyl top, all hubcaps are there, small dents down the side, kinda like
garage scrapes. Good tires, last on the road in 2002. My daughter is not
interested in driving yet (she will be 18 next month) and so the Sprite
is a long way off for her. What should I offer for a car like this? This
is a YACHT!! Lots of metal, and protection. I remember when I first
joined this list, there was a discussion about a Spridget for a 16 year
old.

If nothing else, we could Monster Garage the thing to have a hinged rear
bumper, and be able to drive a Spridget, with Brooklands Screens, into
the rear, as a spare!!!
