When you cross the bridge here in El Paso, as soon as you clear Mexican
customs, there are guys standing in the street holing cans of R12 with hoses,
waving you into a parting spot to install it.
I've never asked the price, but right next to these guys are stores for Cuban
cigars, and $8 colored contacts.
