umm when my father got his pilot's lisc. i remember the fugowi tribe was
listed under the limitations and restrictions as "in no way certifiable for
VFR or IFR certification due to poor vision and limited abilities in
orientation problems in a single horizontal plane" they did not even go so
far as to list single or multi engine ratings! so fess up! youse not a
fugowi is ya? LOL!

who can fly single engine VFR but no got's any certification from the FAA!
