It's probably worth the $15 to get the carfax report (www.carfax.com) if 
that wasn't what you meant by a lemon report.  If that shows no accident 
damage, then the normal assumption is that someone leased a new car, and 
had it repossessed.  It shouldn't be any better or worse than an owned 
car, unless they hauled it away upside down!  There are a lot of small 
companies and individuals out there right now that have been unable to 
keep up the payments, and it's not surprising that a car like that would 
come up.  If you are really serious about it, have a knowledgeable 
friend or a good mechanic look it over.  It would cost a few bucks, but 
would be worth it....
